- What's included in the $149?
- Everything. Estimates, scheduling, routing, invoicing, books, the unified inbox and Commander — one tier, every feature, no upsell ladder. The only things billed outside it are usage fees and the optional one-time services below.
- Why are AI calls, API usage, SMS and phone billed separately?
- Because they are real per-unit costs that scale with how many calls and texts you send, not with the software itself. Folding them into a flat fee means charging every quiet month for your busiest one, or losing money on it. They're metered at cost plus a modest margin, and nothing is charged before the rate is published.
- Do I need to move my phone number or email to start?
- No. You can run R2 Command alongside what you have today and move over when you're ready — or pay for managed data migration and have it done for you.
