One record, first call to cashed check

Every module below writes to the same customer and the same job. That is the whole design: nothing gets retyped, so nothing gets lost between systems.

01 — Estimating & contracts

From measurement to signature

Price a job from measured square footage with your own service catalogue and rates. Send it as a link the customer opens on their phone, or as a PDF. They approve, they sign, and the job advances on its own. You see when the estimate was first opened, which separates “hasn’t looked” from “looked and is thinking” — two very different follow-ups.

  • Your service catalogue, your rates, your minimum charge rules
  • Customer portal approval with no account to create
  • In-house e-signature — no per-envelope vendor fee
  • Decline reasons captured, because that is free market research

02 — Scheduling & dispatch

The calendar and the map are the same screen

Unscheduled work shows as pins. Pick a day and the scheduled jobs light up. Drag the day tight and the optimizer reorders the stops against real road distance, not straight lines. Density is revenue when you are capacity-limited rather than demand-limited.

  • Nearest-neighbour plus 2-opt route optimization
  • Date-only scheduling, because nobody needs to be home
  • Four-hour arrival windows sent the day before
  • Completed work stays on the map as history

03 — Weather

A seven-day outlook that knows the trade

General forecasts are useless to a coating contractor. Ours scores each day against the rules that actually matter — surface temperature, overnight lows, humidity, and the fact that any precipitation at all can put sealer on a garage door. It flags the day before, too, because a wet base ruins a cure.

  • Scored by trade rules, not a generic rain percentage
  • Drizzle treated as seriously as a downpour
  • Suggested moves you accept — never applied behind your back

04 — Invoicing & books

Finished means billed

Marking a job complete raises the invoice in the same action, which closes the most expensive gap in most contracting businesses: work that got done and never got billed. Underneath sits a real chart of accounts, so the books are the same system as the work.

  • Card surcharge handled, with cash and check at the original price
  • Margin measured against collected revenue, not billed
  • Uncosted jobs report profit as unknown, never as zero
  • Outstanding-estimate and unbilled-job lists as a to-do, not a report

05 — Commander

The agentic assistant

Commander reads the same data you do and acts on it: answering the calls you miss, booking estimates into open slots, chasing quiet quotes, and handing you a morning brief of what is worth your attention. It works alongside you — and it never signs a customer message as though it were a person on your crew.

  • Voice reception for the calls you cannot take
  • Conversational follow-up over text and email
  • A daily brief with no invented numbers in it

Also included

The rest of the belt

Unified inbox

Every text and email with a customer on one thread, against their record, whoever sent it.

Opportunities

Quote requests that have not been priced yet, tagged “needs contacted” or “needs measured” — two separate facts, tracked separately.

Crew roles

Crew accounts see the schedule and the job, not the markup between what the sub is paid and what the customer is charged.

Import your history

Bring contacts and past jobs in from a CSV so the map and the books start with your real history.

Reviews, done right

Requests go out after payment clears. No gating by rating — that violates platform policy and the penalty lands on your listing.

Multi-tenant from day one

Every business is its own isolated account, enforced at the database. That is what makes white labelling safe.
